Hospitality Growth Solutions was founded in 2010 to provide independent resorts and ownership groups with structured, strategic sales leadership without the overhead of a full internal team.

We integrate directly with ownership, revenue management, and reservations teams to establish a well-defined distribution strategy, secure global partnerships, and align rate integrity across all channels.

Our work extends beyond contract execution; we remain actively engaged in market representation, marketing and sales optimization, and performance-driven positioning to ensure sustained growth and long-term asset value.

Our Story

 

Founded in 2010, Hospitality Growth Solutions partners with independent luxury resorts and ownership groups to build structured global distribution and revenue strategies aligned with long-term asset performance.

​

Before launching the firm, founder Wendy Cole held senior sales leadership roles with premier global brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, as well as leading Caribbean properties such as Almond Resorts, formerly one of the region’s top-selling all-inclusive brands.

 

With more than 30 years of luxury hospitality experience, she brings deep industry relationships and hands-on execution to every engagement.

​

We work directly with ownership, revenue management, reservations, and on-property teams to secure global tour operator, airline, and consortia partnerships; optimize OTA strategy; negotiate and manage advertising placements; oversee PR partnerships; and structure packages that maximize resort amenities, increase length of stay, and drive incremental revenue.

 

Our work extends across the U.S., Canada, the UK, and key international markets, ensuring properties are positioned for sustained visibility and measurable growth.
