She works as an extension of our client's team, using best business practices plus an extensive knowledge, experience, and a strong network of connections, including airlines and private jet companies, travel agent consortiums, tour operators, OTA's, media, technology, and government to meet client expectations. Wendy develops opportunities and cuts through red tape to optimize the client's brand, developing new business in measurable results. She develops unique events and sales strategy to set our clients apart and elevate their presence. She works with clients, digging deep to understand visions, regions, countries, and property characteristics to ensure continuity of brand through operations, sales, revenue management and marketing.
As a certified Life and Business Coach, she understands people and works with strengths and weaknesses to develop our client's talent and growth opportunities.
Jaysen has 20+ years of experience in Marketing and Advertising. He's developed successful campaigns in broadcast to digital advertising, including rebranding for
top companies like Honda, iHeart Media, Cumulus, Jade Mountain Resort, St. Lucia, and Stillpoint Lodge, Alaska. He utilizes the latest technology to deliver cutting edge advertising, including social media, broadcast, TV, and video.
He's an award-winning copywriter, a photographer, and videographer, a visual storyteller who specializes in connecting with audiences and building desire for a product. Whether working behind the camera or writing content for your social feeds, Jaysen can build your brand.

He has also held executive positions with top hotel company including Playa Resorts, Atlantis, Almond Resorts, Jaz Hotel Group, and Superclubs, to name a few.
